What happens when we slow down enough to truly connect?
This playful and heart-opening workshop explores touch, consent, connection, boundaries, and human closeness in a safe and welcoming environment.
Through guided exercises, curiosity, laughter, and shared presence, participants are invited to experience the simple magic of authentic connection.
No previous experience is needed.
Come solo, with friends, or with a partner.
Most people arrive as strangers.
Many leave feeling like family.

A journey from the mind into the body.
Together we'll explore movement, sensation, playfulness, and presence through music, guided exercises, and free expression.
Beginning with a gentle landing in the body, we'll gradually awaken energy, pleasure, curiosity, and connection before opening the space for a free-flowing ecstatic dance journey.
No choreography.
No right or wrong.
Just music, movement, and the freedom to express yourself exactly as you are.
