We curate the market to create a beautiful, aligned and high-quality experience — both for our guests and for you as an exhibitor.

By joining, you become part of the Shimmer experience.

As an exhibitor at Shimmer, there is no fee to participate.

Instead, we ask that everyone joining the market helps co-create the festival by sharing Shimmer with your community.

This includes:

• Sharing the festival on your social media channels
• Engaging with and sharing posts where you are featured or tagged
• Helping spread the word to people who may resonate with the Shimmer experience

We believe festivals are created together, and every exhibitor becomes an important part of bringing the magic to life.

A Gift for Your Community

As a thank you for being part of Shimmer, you'll receive two Friends & Family vouchers, each giving 20% off a Full Festival Pass.

A beautiful opportunity to invite someone you love to come share the magic with you.

Your spot includes:

• A curated, conscious and engaged audience
• A beautiful natural setting (forest, lake, festival atmosphere)
• Exposure as part of the Shimmer experience
• A space to connect, share and sell your offerings
• Access to the festival energy and community
• Electrycity
• You may participate at the festival

This means:
• You bring your own table, decorations and setup
• You bring your own tent or cover if needed
• You are responsible for creating a visually aligned and welcoming space

•You are expected to be present during market hours
- Saturday 22/8 12:00 - 17:00
- Sunday 23/8 11:00 - 15:00
- You may have your store open other times aswell if you wish

• Market is primarily outdoors

• You are responsible for handling your own payments

Accommodation, Food & Parking

As an exhibitor, you're invited to fully immerse yourself in the Shimmer experience throughout the weekend.

Accommodation

• Camping is included free of charge
• You are welcome to bring your own tent, van, or camper setup

If you prefer indoor accommodation, shared sleeping spaces are available for:

• 500 SEK per person / night
• 900 SEK per person for the full weekend (2 nights)

Food

Food is not included.

You are welcome to:

• Bring and prepare your own food
• Purchase meals, snacks, drinks, and treats on-site throughout the festival
• Purchase a Meal Pass in advance for the best value and a more relaxed festival experience

Meal Pass
• 650 SEK (pre-purchase price)
• Regular value: 840 SEK

The Meal Pass includes food tokens that can be used throughout the festival for nourishing meals, chai, snacks, drinks, breakfast, coffee, tea, and more.

Pre-purchasing your Meal Pass helps us prepare food quantities and create the smoothest possible experience for everyone.

Parking

• Parking is available on-site
• 100 SEK for the entire festival weekend
