We have spent so much time tensing our edges, experiencing the world as a heavy pressure from the outside. At Shimmer, we open the gates. Through ecstatic beats, playful exploration, and heartfelt touch, we soften our protective boundaries. We let the outer pressure melt and transform into the very flow that fills us from within.
Over three days, we gather in nature — by the lake, in the forest, under the sun and stars — to dance, feel, let go of what we carry, and wake up to life together.

A playful, heart-opening, and vibrant festival experience designed not to distract you, but to return you to your natural state of flow.

Where separation dissolves. We gather not to perform social masks, but to experience the profound safety of relational resonance. Through shared breath, sacred touch, and eye contact, our nervous systems synchronize, melting the boundary between "you" and "me" until we remember we have always been a collective Us.

Releasing the trapped wave. Through ecstatic dancefloors, somatic movement, and unapologetic play, we invite your body to stop holding back. This is not about learning a new technique, but about restoring your body's natural permeability. When we let the physical shielding soften, our life force (Eros) begins to stream freely, turning movement into pure joy.

Waking up to the Now. We step out of the mental loops and the stories we carry, entering the "Sweet Spot" of direct, unfiltered feeling. Through guided somatic meditations, breathwork, and deep forest silence, we quiet the mind's static. What does the festival pass include?
Your festival pass includes full access to the festival Friday–Sunday, workshops, community spaces, the Glitter Party, camping access and all the magic we create together
Why should I get a Meal Pass?
The Meal Pass is the easiest and softest way to enjoy the festival without having to think about food logistics all weekend.
You’ll receive food tokens to use for nourishing, lovingly prepared meals, chai, snacks and drinks throughout the festival.
Pre-purchasing your Meal Pass also helps us prepare in the best possible way, making sure we can create the smoothest and most nourishing experience for everyone <3
And as a little thank you — buying your Meal Pass now is cheaper than purchasing tokens on site. 650 kr for 24 tokens if you pre-purchase ( regular price 840 kr)

Is the festival beginner friendly?
Yes! Whether this is your first festival or you’ve been exploring these spaces for years, there is room for you here. Join what feels aligned, move at your own pace and listen to your body and heart.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many people come on their own, and Shimmer is a beautiful place to meet new people and feel part of a warm and welcoming community. You are so welcome exactly as you are
Is camping included?
Yes — camping is included in your festival pass. Bring your tent and enjoy sleeping close to nature, the lake and the festival magic.
Can I sleep indoors?
Yes. We offer a limited number of indoor sleeping spots in shared rooms for those wanting a little extra comfort. Please bring your own bedsheets, duvet cover and pillowcase for your indoor accommodation. We also recommend bringing comfy clothes, warm layers and anything that helps you feel cozy and at home
Investment: 900 kr for the 2 nights or 500 kr for one night.
Indoor accommodation can be added during checkout.
Will food be available?
Yes! We’ll be serving nourishing, lovingly prepared festival food, snacks, chai, drinks and treats throughout the weekend. You can buy food on site or add a Full Weekend Meal Pass to your ticket.
What is your approach to consent?
Consent and respect are deeply important to us. We encourage everyone to listen to themselves, communicate clearly and honor both their own and others’ boundaries. You are always free to participate, pause or say no to any activity. Please read about out consent and bounderies policy here
What should I bring?
Bring your tent and all tenting & sleeping necessities and equipment you may need (if camping), yoga mat, water bottle, mug, plate, cutlery, comfy clothes, glittery party clothes, swimwear, warm layers for the evenings, your own towel, toiletries and personal hygiene essentials such as toothbrush, toothpaste, eco shampoo and anything else you may need throughout the weekend AND of course… eco glitter.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket purchases are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else
How do I get to Skutesjöns Healing center by public transport?
Public Transport
• From Gothenburg: Bus 300 from Nils Ericson Terminal to Kinna Station (~1h 30 min)
• From Malmö/Stockholm: Train to Gothenburg Central, then bus 300 to Kinna
🚗 We highly encourage carpooling, as parking spaces are limited at the festival area.
✨ A Shimmer community group will be created where participants can connect, find rideshares and coordinate travel together.

Camping
Stay close to nature in our camping area, with access to shared BBQ facilities.
Showers and toilets are available on site.
Please bring your own tent and all necessary camping equipment.
Shared room
A limited number of shared rooms are available, each accommodating between 4 - 6 people. Bbring your own towel, waterbottle, bedsheets, duvet cover and pillowcase for your indoor accommodation.
We also recommend bringing comfy clothes, warm layers and anything that helps you feel cozy and at home

Car Parking
IF you plan to arrive by car, a parking ticket is required - 100kr.
Spaces are limited, so we encourage car sharing — feel free to connect with others in our community group.
The venue is also accessible by public transport.
