Jaandrée is a passionate Alchemist of Embodied Presence and Somatic Whisperer with an intention to guide humans into Fully Alive Living
Jaandree is a passionate embodiment catalyst whose life’s work is dedicated to awakening the aliveness, power, and purpose that lives at the heart of every human being.
With a unique fusion of deep academic grounding and years of immersive experiential exploration, she holds sacred BRAVE spaces where transformation is not intellectual, - it is lived, felt, and remembered in the body.
Rooted in a robust foundation as a Master-educated social worker, family therapist, and couples counsellor, Jaandree’s journey has evolved into a sacred dance of energy, presence, and liberation weaving the field. She is trained in an extraordinary breadth of traditions.
From trauma-informed yoga and breathwork to tantra, somatic bodywork, de-armouring, Qi Gong, Taoist embodiment practices, Sound healing, and relational consciousness — creating a tapestry of offerings that support profound integration of mind, body, heart, and spirit.
Through her visionary platform Wholesoma, Jaandree weaves together movement, meditation, breath, touch, and energetic depth as invitations rather than prescriptions, guiding individuals, couples, and groups into experiences of wholeness, pleasure, intimacy, and inner freedom.
Her work lays in navigating the spaces of inbetween, catching the currents of slowing down into deep connection and remembrance. Jaandree holds space with a fearless tenderness — challenging limiting patterns, igniting inner fire, and supporting people to reclaim their authentic voice, desire, and power.
Whether through intimate 1:1 sessions, immersive retreats, group facilitation, or corporate well-being integrative practices, her presence is a bridge between what is and what is calling to be born.

A space for embodied exploration, sensuality & conscious connection
Step through the threshold and into The Temple — a living, breathing space devoted to the body, presence, curiosity and human connection.
Held by Jaandrée of Wholesoma, The Temple invites you out of the thinking mind and into the language of sensation. Through somatic and tantric practices, breath, movement, sacred dance and conscious connection, we explore what happens when we slow down enough to truly listen.

✧How does connection change when there is nothing to perform and nowhere you need to arrive?
This is a space to explore aliveness, sensuality, relational presence and the erotic as life-force — not something to achieve, but something to become curious about.
You may be invited to move, breathe, meet another, feel your boundaries, follow an impulse, soften, play, witness or simply stay present with what is alive inside you.
Everything is an invitation. You remain the authority of your own body.
Jaandrée brings her distinctive fearless tenderness into the space, weaving somatic awareness, tantra, breath, movement and relational practices into an experience that is felt rather than merely understood. Her broader work similarly emphasizes authentic connection, bodily presence and playful exploration within spaces that respect participants' boundaries.
